Sure Adam. Let`s say Israel charges Palestine $100,000 USD for each qassam fired. The Pals would not pay it, just as Israel will not abide by international law and put an end to the settlement of conquered territory. So nobody pays anybody anything, the qassams continue, and the war goes on!
The point is that money does not change hands. It is all economics. After all, that is what war is all about, is it not? You do not really believe that the purpose of war is to kill people, do you? You want to stop war? Then make it un-profitable. Then a man who kills his neighbor can be put away in a rest home rather than succeed in life as a politician or an arms manufacturer. |
