Apparently the Kassams are fueled by a mixture including sugar syrup, and can be put together by anyone familar with information on homemade rockets as a hobby. I keep looking up this website hoping to read some glimmer of hope that suddenly rational thought will come to both sides and serious negotiations will save both Pal and Israeli civilians.
