1. Why not read the article before you comment? Clearly you haven`t, this system has nothing to do with qassams.
2. We would spend any amount of money required to protect our citizens effectively from any threat - if all the money in our budget saves one life it has been a valuable investment and not one Israeli citizen would decry its worth.
Remember, Israeli Arabs are killed by Hezbollah missiles just as easily as Israeli Jews, teir lives are at stake too.
