Since yuou have enought intelligence to learn to read and write, you should be allowed by your "attendants" to read a decent history of the area, including the political and topographical aspects. The Arab spoke in Arabic deliberately to embarrass the Jewish founders and money suppliers which keep it running. He is an educated, degreed, Israeli citizen therefore speaks fluent Hebrew. it would have been normal and proper for him to speak in Hebrew, but he chose to deliberately embarrass the audience, and therby show his deep prejudices.
