| This market problem of asking for more funds while showing little what is done with them will not work. It is difficult to evaluate academic funding if the real information is not available due to academic self management of funds and information. The public would be more empathic with academic problems if they know that the budget is not cheating on them. Definitely it is necessary to democratise academic standards for funds and human resources. Are there managements that should be hidden? Why? |
