To the families of the organs` donor I wish long life.

To the recipients of the organs refuah shelayma.

It is a true representation of Judaism that it is understood that the commendments against mutiliation and regarding the returning of the body to Hashem as it was given to us are set aside when we can save lives.

The mark of a truly intelligent, modern and compassionate religion.

What makes this remarkable is that this law (although not the technology) has been extant for thousands of years, we`re still waiting for certain others to wake up to it.
