There is no doubts that Israeli academic institutions are in a serious crisis. The `Colleges` are graduating unskilled people, the universities are employing and boosting cronies. Funds are `mismanaged` in a way that certain employees have salaries that double, triple or more others in similar functions. Real lecturers are working on contracts and without any social/legal support. This is bad for the present, and may taint the future. Is there any Israeli institution able to investigate this corruption?
