Logically one would have to side the the owners of the building. If a building owner doesn`t want signage, certain people or activities in its premises then the offensive conditions have got to go. If the opposing group doesn`t like it they ought to buy a building of their own and put up and sing whatever they choose and permit entry to whomever they choose. Sounds like Hon. Harkavy got it right. I(I wonder what the Appellate Division, the intermediate appeals court, had to say.)
