Israel?s missile?s program has a two fold purposes 1. a purely local defense one, secondly deterrent as a defense of Israel both are justified by military and political situation of its location irrespective of the Palestine issue.
Assuming that Israel?s radio factual report about the recent missile test shooting ??.missile tested was capable of carrying an unconventional payload?" together of another factual report that the shooting took place from Palmachim (Mediterranean coastal area) via Jerusalem without giving the reason for this overland?s test, nor informing about its approx range and test goal are reasons to raise their eye brows and ask question whom to whom were these information directed. - Missiles t e s t s c o n t a i n t h e
