| Good old Harel. Any excuse to say no. And if it were the Moshiach who lead a peace initiative, doubtless he and the rest of the automatic nay-sayers would exclaim that he wasn`t Moshiach enough, not Jewish enough, didn`t wear the right kippa, or use the right kasher le Pesach toothpaste. And as for those with whom he sought to make peace, huh who are they? Nothing less than all the sons of Amalek, subhumans, all out to destroy us, how can we talk to them, believe them? We need simply to crush them day after day, using Tanachic and Talmudic rationales to justify it all. Olmert is a crook, yes. And he`s fatally flawed, yes.But he`s OUR crook, and WE enabled his flaws, and all the rest on both sides are flawed men in one way or another. But if whilst the current stuttering implausible process saves one life, from either side in this wretched conflict, you can call all of those involved in it as coreless as you like. |
