| The biased attitute of Bar-on to the profs, and to academe in general, is directly responsible for the present situation. The minor clerks in the treasury who come up with ridiculous and convoluted percentages to compensate for a decade of wage erosion, are doing so at the behest of the boss. Bar-on`s negative edicts are unacceptable, since there is now far more that money at stake in this dispute. |
