as the army has to establish conditions of service for all soldiers the exclusion of haredi youth will free secular youth from the dictates of ultra relgious regarding culinary needs and others this will create a more favarouble environement for the non haredi youth this doesnt mean that haredi should be freed from the need for serving the comunity for a period comparable to that of the majority of israeli youth the same is true for secular yuoth
