| Russia is pretty much locked in to countering American moves in global strategy. Lately, the American poaching of former Soviet Block nations has Russias nose out of joint and understandably so. Russia will take every opportunity to poke a stick in the Americans eye while appearing to be cordial and cooperative. This means that Russia will openly support Iran and Syria, covertly support Hamas and Hizbollah, and will make nice with Israel while giving them nothing. |
