A TRAINED Border Police officer "accidentally" shoots an unarmed illegal worker who has already surrendered and is sitting down on the floor with his back to the wall after having been beaten with batons?
I could just as easily characterize this shooting as a summary execution of an already subdued captive.
If it had been done by the Pals to a Jew, Israelis would have been screaming about terrorism and murder. Switching the roles doesn`t change the reality - this captive was murdered by his Israeli captor. I hope the sentence eventually imposed on the Border policeman properly reflects the degree of atrocity done. |
