I guess you don`t want to be confused by the facts: 1. the victims were not soldiers when they were attacked (not in uniform, not performing official duties, accompanied by another civilian). 2. Israeli courts did not convict killers of British soldiers. British courts did. Using that logic, killers should be tried by Israel. 3. palestinians in jail, or dead, also have hero status in PA.
