all wrong, not surprisingly. The priority is not to enhance endurance or to reinforce housing. The priority is to STOP THE ATTACKS by whatever means are necessary. If Mexico were firing Qassams and Grads into Colorado or Northern California, would we be talking about enhancing endurance, fortifying houses, or GIVING UP PARTS OF SAN FRANCISCO OR DENVER?
