| Hello Morris, as it concerns the tracing service we know (and experienced) research about family members was always possible at Bad Arolsen. You could send an official letter with your request. In our case we got an answer and this is already 15 years ago. Now the tracing service is possible via Internet and you find all forms as downloads. I think this is the real new thing about it. But probably you won´t trust me as a German. Regards, gabi |
