dear all like it was mentioned,thearchives were closed to protect the privacy of individuals.the question here is:which individuals?obviously not the victims privacy was at stake here.they begged for information.soooo...the`re talking about the perpetrators privacy.who would want to be confronted in midlife, professing prestigious jobs,decent lives and having nice families, with youthful sins like killing off people?the british and americans didn`t want it opened either?well you should know that THEY were so interested in the experiments performed on Jews,that they were more thanwilling to accomodate the perpetrators in exchange for the results.does thisanswer your questions?
