It`s a bittersweet announcement given today`s young casualties in Gaza and this continuing war which Gideon Levy has poignantly and bravely documented throughout the years of this conflict. Gideon Levy has provided the voice for those Israelis who are unable or fear to articulate, but not always, their criticism and disappointments with the escalated magnitude of this conflict between the Palestinians and Israelis.
