| ... why it took the Germans *60 years* to open the archives at Bad Arolsen, please? Tempting though it may be for me to accuse the Germans of one last infamy, I have it on good authority (my nephew, for one) that today`s Germans are decent, kind, enlightened souls, who would not keep a Jew from learning the fate of his loved ones for six decades without a good reason. Oder so hoffe ich. Es tut mir Leid, aber ich vertraue nicht den Deutschen. |
