| The Arab states should reach out to Israel indeed and make it (publicly) very clear that good Israeli "behaviour" will be plentiful rewarded with a normalization of relations which should lead in the end to a "warm" peace. But again, that will require good Israeli "behaviour". And good Israeli "behaviour" = acceptance of a fair (and painful) compromise = acceptance of the Geneva initiative |
