| Bush administration was the first administration, which started to demand democracy not only in Eastern Europe and China and Africa, but in the Arab world as well. Exception is oil rich Gulf, whose governments are courted by US because of oil and gas reserves. And democracy is just not only one man one vote, but solid institutions as well such as women rights, freedom of religion, etc. |
