| I know Palestinians well, I have never known a family (not in Gaza, in W. Bank) to heat thier home with electricity. the coal heaters are the most common -- the children walk around without shoes in the cold - they are sick constantly -- but this in a place where electricity is still on and always has been. Electricity is the most expensive way to heat a home here, and I have yet to find a Palestinian home using electric heaters. |
