| I think that, what Sabra and Charlotte might be getting at (albeit not as clearly as they could) is the following: 1) Hamas spends tremendous amounts of money on armaments. Shouldn`t they reprioritize to help their own citizens? 2) Therefore, why should it be Israel`s responsibility to expend its OWN resources to pick up after Hamas? 3) This argument is strengthened when you consider the fact that "every dollar donated by Israel and others to heat Gazan families is a dollar freed up for weaponry/terror/etc. What it amounts to is Israel actually supporting attacks against Israel....which I hope you can understand wouldn`t make sense... I hope this is clear. |
