The United States shouldn`t have to worry about Israel gumming up our foreign policy needs in the middle east because Israel can`t be bothered to make peace with our allies. Israel makes NO attempt at peace with our US allies like Saudi Arabia, and Israel expects us to change our policies to fit Israel`s needs. Too bad Israel, if you don`t like what the United States does with our other allies in the region. We need to take care of OUR foreign policy needs. Stop getting in our way. If you are afraid of one of the allies of the United States attacking you, make peace with them.
