"According to observers, none of the Arab countries, including US top friend Saudi Arabia, are keen on a war against Iran."

First off, Saudi Arabia is our "top friend" the same way Israel is Abbas`s "top friend" - a friend to be used and discarded. Saudi Arabia is one of the world`s top supporters of terrorism- indirectly through donations and ideology. Bush and the Saudi family are indeed friends, but that doesn`t mean most Americans condone or support Saudi Arabia`s behavior.

Second, it would be jumping the gun to say that Bush wants the Arab countries` support for a war with Iran. A war is neither necessary nor possible. Sanctions and boycotts will do just fine. In America, instituting a carbon tax to reduce oil use would also do more to fight Iran than any other kind of war ever will.
