G-d saw that Adam was lonely and then decided to make him a companion, Eve. G-d did not see that Adam needed somebody to look down upon or to treat with disrespect. Where these ultra-orthodox men get the idea that they are soooo superior, is beyond me.
If this is really a matter of them not being able to look at the women when they are in behind them, it is equally pathetic. Are women only sex objects to them? Do they have nothing else to think about, so that as soon as they see a woman they think of sex?
