| IF the prius plug- in model would do 40 miles on electric mode that would be fine for most commuters. But they just announced that their plug-in model will only do 7 miles on electric mode. And this is the same company that made the Rav4 which had 120 mile range. So why all of a sudden they don`t have the battery for 40 miles? If you want the answer watch the documentary "Who killed the electric car?" Toyota and GM are again dragging their feet stalling to bring out electric or propper plug-in hybrids. |
