I see where you got caught short in pasting your earlier comment. In talkback No 17 you said the IAEA failed to find any non-compliance - but you left out the - related to nuclear weapons - part. Of course there were many reporting and inventory non-compliance matters. And the fact that they were black market purchases itself was a non-compliance matter. But none of it was related to nuclear weapons. As far as the IAEA has been able to determine. Many other countries have equally grave non-compliance matters before the IAEA. None involve nuclear weapons. Otsd important to remember: non-compliance does not equal nuclear weapons. The US is in non-compliance. |
