Of course, we would have to rely on the existing rights that Iran has under the treaty.
Remember that Iran has not been charged with any violation of the treaty that is in any way related to nuclear weapons.
Iran?s secret purchases for its peaceful nuclear program would have been allowed had not the US embargoed Iran?s program after the 1979 Revolution.
So now, after we see how the great US embargo has forced potential nuclear power states, not weapons states, into the black market, we propose that the world not help Iran in any way with its nuclear program.
Let them figure out the waste management thing.
This seems counter-productive to improve the overall security in the region and the world. Especially in the long term.
I think cooperation is a better solution.
