| It may indeed go down the drain, but it will also (fortunately) expose the current government of Canada - a minority government - to major public embarrassment if the PA doesn`t live up to its committment. It`s a surprisingly risky move by a government that hasn`t taken many risks. I can`t quite understand why they didn`t just commit all the money to economic or social development, which would be far safer. |
