| Brain drain is indeed a pressing issue that needs to be seriously addressed here- it is not merely a "cry" as suggested by TEA. For years now, Israel has been losing the finest scholars to universities abroad that offer a significantly higher financial incentive. Even if the professors achieve the wage hike that they seek, it will only be one step in the right direction. Furthermore, the professors are not responsible for misuse of funds. That is a separate issue, TEA. |
