If Khamenei really believes what he is saying then why hasn`t Iran fully cooperated with the IAEA before? Khamenei would have made this statement after Bush left office. However, since the Bush administration has signaled that they will not attack Iran on the basis of old Intellegence reports, Khamenei can feel comfortable giving everyone the finger. So much for the war on terrorism.
