The rockets fired at Israel multiple times each day are launched with no idea where they are going. It can land in an open field, with no consequence, or in a school or other highly populated place, resulting in many deaths.
The IDF should announce a new policy, starting Sunday, that each Qassam fired from Gaza will result in TWO rockets fired blindly into Gaza by the IDF. They launch 10, we launch 20.
The result will be either a cessation of these terror rockets, or the continuation of the launchings from Gaza. If it is the latter, it will show the "civilians" that Hamas really doesn`t give a crap about them, that they have a greater agenda than the welfare of their citizens.
