| The New IDF showed what they were (not) capable of against Hizbollah. Because of this, Hamas has taken heart. They hold Shalit and fire Qassams daily. They are daring the IDF to come to them. So far, the IDF has not been so bold. The IDF will not get help from America to fight Hamas, other than being furnished all the high tech equipment. So far, this equipment is the only way in which the IDF can strike Hamas. There has been talk of Israel trying once again to get Fatah to fight against Hamas in Gaza. It seems that we will have a long wait before any sort of ground forces face Hamas in Gaza. |
