| The unfortunate truth is that the profs should have started their dealings with the Treasury at the turn of the millenium, when the erosion of their salaries had already been going on for 3 or 4 years. Why the profs waited for 10 years for the most inauspicious time to deliver their just demands is beyond comprehension. |
