I know during a closure we could not get Novolin for an insulin dependent diabetic because Israel would stop all shipments into the city. So, it left the black market. It has the same risk as any other black market medicine purchases: it may not be what it is labeled, you can`t get the dose you need, and something could be mixed with it. If Israel did not withhold the import of such needed medicines, though, these risks would not need to be taken. But, it is easier to blame the victims of collective punishment for being punished, no? |
