Seriously Israel has some difficult decisions to make and I personally would not like to make them.
All I will say was the United Kingdom had similar difficult choices to make including the release of terrorists with blood on their hands. When we pursued the goal of peace in Northern Ireland.
Problem is Olmert is not the person to make these decisions, he is an incompetent who has never recieved a mandate of the people unlike Tony Blair, who went to the people in a Gerneral Election with the question of peace in Northern Ireland on everyone`s lips.
I seriously think regardless of my personal feelings about Israel. That the Israeli people should be allowed to provide a mandate for the decisions which need to be made. Otherwise it won`t happen. Something I have been told on Talkback the majority of Israelis want. |
