hmmm.... Israel considers itself as one of the best in the world when it comes to security and intelligence... so how come the police have not managed to solve any of these "mysteries"????
Except 2 cases. In one case, the killer surrendered voluntarily. And in the other, the police did a proper persistent investigation and they found the killer very quickly. By the way, the victim in the second case was Jewish.
If police have been unable to make headway in solving most of the murder cases in say Tel-Aviv or Netanya??? Well you know what I mean?.
