| Conferences mitigate the need for Palestinians to resort to additional violence to keep their cause in front of the international community. However, if the Palestinians don`t accept Israel as a Jewish-majority state either at the beginning of the process or as a result of the process then this will never reach a positive conclusion. The West is just going to be strung along if they don`t presss the Palestinians for their intentions. Otherwise, this all just a farce. |
