| The defeat of the IDF at the hands of a few hundred Hizbullah can be laid at the door of ALL of IDFs generals. We remember Arik Sharon leading from the front battle-tank and suffering a head wound in Peace for Galilee. We remember General Raful suffering a similar head wound in an earlier war. We remember General Adam and General Mandler being killed in our various wars. Let us name one IDF general who set foot in South Lebanon to rally our demoralized troops in battle during the 2nd Leb. War. NONE! Let us name one IDF general-killed or wounded in that war. NONE Our so called generals are merely politicians in uniform and ISRAEL HAS TOO MANY FAILED POLITICANS ALREADY. Every IDF general should have been stripped of his rank, pension & benefits after the 2nd Leb. war and a whole new crop promoted. We could have had chimpanzees serving as generals during the 2nd Leb. War and the result would have been 100% the same outcome but much cheaper. Pay them in bananas only. |
