| no meaning for the term "legal settlements". Israel was part of the geneva convention that clearly says that an occupying country can not move any part of its citizins to territories it occupies. This also applies to the West Bank and East Jer. according to many security councle resolutions. All settlements are illegal and should be dismanteled. |
