Obviously you`re confused. Do what Webster`s does: look at uses of the word and define its meaning in current usage.
`Terrorism` means violence directed against Israel -- regardless of its nature. For example, an ambush of an IDF patrol is `a terror attack.` Conversely, any act committed by Israel is necessarily not terror. For example, `Israeli terrorist` is an oxymoron.
