| Who is embracing the dogma that Israel is under no existential threat, and can therefore concede territory to its enemies, and maintain a policy of absorbing hits ("hachala") instead of quickly defeating those hitting it? Who is rejecting almost automatically any use of effective force against those deserving it ? Who undermines the idea of Israeli nationality, which is the basis for our soldiers will to fight? Who is it that believes that the individual person is more important than anything else? Why should any individual put himself in danger if he is more important than his country? Why should officers and political leaders risk individual soldiers if that is exactly what their society abhors? What part has Haaretz, its writers and editors, had in building up this suicidal leftist approach? Please wake up - before its too late!!! |
