| If Israel really wanted to make peace with the Palestinians and all its neighbours everyone knows it could have it tomorrow by withdrawing from the West Bank. Thus it follows that preserving the settlements is the sole reason for fighting any war, and, does anybody know someone who is keen to give his life to preserve the lifestyle of those despicable settlers in Hebron, Tekoa, Tapuach, Kyriat Arba...? An army of `after you` soldiers, bent on staying alive and out of trouble is not the best material for protecting the Zionist empire. |
