| For example, the suggestion has been made by American military analysts that pockets of rockets were ALLOWED to continue firing. No rockets -- no justification for continuing the operation. Hezbollah rockets were as necessary as American munitions if the operation was to continue. They also served nicely as an excuse for continuing the indiscriminate bombing and shelling. How would it have all looked if Hezbollah had stopped firing back? |
