If suicide bombers are the only weapon available to an oppressed people with limited means of defense then a suicide bombing against a military target or government target directly responsible for oppression and occupation is not a crime. It`s simply self defense.
What is a war crime and a crime against humanity is dropping a half ton bomb on densely populated neighbourhood.
Or an army killing over a thousand civilians and targeting civiian infrastructure while the terrorist group the army is fighting manages to kill mostly combatants. |
