As long as nations with powerful high technology armies and air forces continue to kill more civilians than any terrorist group, it seems a case of "reversed priorities" to cry out only against the small fry. The UN should condem all "terrorist" attacks upon innocent civilians, including those conducted by F-16`s, tanks, artillery, cluster bomb, etc.
