I predicted at the time that those two Israeli soldiers were killed that there would be some multiple of Palestinian civilians killed in reprisals over the next week.
On the one hand, that prediction was based on my crazy, completely slanderous notions about the nature of the IDF and Israel.
On the other hand, it`s being proven out -- quite depressingly so. After months in which few Palestinian civilians were killed, we`re now up to four in as many days. What did I put my money on as a final total? Ah yes -- seven. Three more to go. |
