Sigh. I thought I was finally going to see a humane post from a doctor...or at least an intelligent one.
Turns out `Israeli doctor` is serious. Don`t you have the Hippocratic oath in Israel? And what is it about doctors, anyway? I mean lawyers are supposed to be snakes, and I could see military men being hard-nosed -- but why doctors? Shouldn`t they be intelligent, humane people? Instead, just about every one I read at Haaretz sounds like he really would be happier working as an exterminator. It`s bizarre. |
